Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season with friends and family. My family and I had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and I am really excited about what 2018 will be bringing for me and my business and in the world of design.

Now, I really enjoyed 2017 in terms of design and I feel like a lot of things we saw will continue to carry into this year too. We are going to do a series of posts of design trends “we are loving and would love to see more of”. Here are some trends that we can’t get enough of.

Modern Rustic: 

I love this look!! The mix of wood and metal and concrete or stone. It’s warm and inviting and yet it feels fresh and new and updated. One of our most recent projects was done with a modern rustic feel and it is one of my favorite spaces we have designed.
