How to Host the Perfect Gathering

THIS PLACE IS LOOKING SOOOO GOOD!!

If you have been following along with this flip project then you will see how much progress has been made over the last few weeks. You can see what it looked like here on my last walkthrough.

The floors wood tile floors are installed, the cabinets and countertops have been installed and the house has been painted. The guest bathroom tile has been done and the primary bathroom tile is in process. Let me show you what is going on!

Living & Dining Room

Paint and floors really do make a huge difference, right?? Losing the orange walls and patchy drywall definitely didn't hurt. The walls and trim were painted Simply White by Benjamin Moore.

KITCHEN

Byyyyeeee red wall!!! And hello cabinets! What a change all of this made. Next up will be the range backsplash, range hood and open shelves. I can't wait to see how it all comes together. I finally finished my design board for the kitchen and it's got more of a traditional feel than maybe I even thought I was going to go. There will be a mixture of brass and polished nickel finishes in an all white kitchen. I am all about the warm neutrals right now and I can't wait to bring in staging that will make this space warm and cozy.

Main Bathroom

You guys...I am in love with the bathroom floor tile! It's so pretty and warm and textural. There is a concrete feel to it. It's been laid in a herringbone pattern and I think it will complement the warm and neutral feel I want this home to have.

The tile for the shower is being done right now and it's really coming along. The subway tile is being laid straight, which makes it feel more modern since the design that leans more traditional.

In other good news, the glass block window GONE! How much better does that look?
